We are as excited as you are to have you join the 'ohana with our branded merchandise (and Sammie's items make great gifts!). Everything is custom made for you and our partners require some time to make your items before shipping them out.

Delivery times can vary based on the vendor, the method of delivery and where you are located, so to be safe, please allow up to 2 - 3 weeks from placing your order for your items to be lovingly prepared, packaged, and shipped to your location. Mahalo for your patience!

We are delighted that you purchased our Sammie's merchandise to be a part of Uncle’s 'ohana. We understand that sometimes things happen during the process that may cause you to want to exchange or return a product.  

You can return purchases up until 30 days after receiving your item for any reason. Items for return must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
