Return Policy

We are delighted that you purchased our Sammie's merchandise to be a part of Uncle’s ohana. We understand that sometimes things happen during the process that may cause you to want to exchange or return a product.  

You can return purchases up until 30 days after receiving your item for any reason. Items for return must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If ordered under a different name, you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Depending on the circumstance and reason for return, return shipping charges may apply.

To begin the process, sign into your account, click on your icon (top right), and click "Request Return" under your item. Once we approve your return, you’ll receive an email with a link to print your return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, and all packages must be shipped within two weeks of receiving the return shipping label. Let us know when you ship your package so we can anticipate its arrival.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Our items are custom made for you when you place your order, so  please ensure you have selected the correct details, size, etc. before purchasing. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you are interested in exchanging an item, contact us at alohashop@unclesicecream.com with what you would like to exchange to receive a shipping label. Once we receive the product, we will issue you a credit for another purchase.

Refunds

We'll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days once we review and approve. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
