Who is Sammie?

You may notice that handsome fella Uncle Sammie on much of our merch. He's our friendly brand representative, so when folks see Sammie, they think "Uncle's Ice Cream."

In true Hawaiian style, he sports a lei and welcoming smile! We thought he'd be a fun addition to our range of items, from apparel to games to gifts. In fact, you'll be seeing him in some new scenarios out and about in Hawai'i, showing off his favorite activities! Bring him along on some of your own adventures and snap a photo to share with us on social media or our website -- let's have some fun!!

Can I save the items in my cart and pay later?

The items in your cart may remain depending on your device configuration or if you have a registered account. Since items are custom made for you, you can also go back to ordering without worry about availability.

What size should I order?

Fit is important so you can feel good as you sport attire featuring Sammie. To help find the right size for you, there are additional measurements to determine what’s best! A couple items note that they run a little small in the description, so be sure to review the details of what's best for you. If you don’t see your size, let us know and we’ll check for availability.

What methods of payment do you accept?

For your convenience we offer many options to make a purchase including Paypal, ShopPay, GooglePay, MetaPay, Venmo, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

What is ShopPay?

Shop Pay is an accelerated checkout that lets customers save their email address, credit card, and shipping and billing information. This can save you time when you check out, especially if you've already opted in to Shop Pay on any Shopify store.

What is MetaPay?

Meta Pay is a seamless and secure way to make payments on Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, and in participating online stores. Enter your payment card or account information just once and then use Meta Pay to make purchases, send money or donate.

How long does it take to ship?

We know how it feels to wait for something as cool as our Spreadin’ Aloha items. We also wanted to make sure to provide you with the most variety to select from while avoiding a stockpile of sizes and items you may not want, all of our items are custom made for you before shipping out in the method you select.

Most of the items require anywhere from 3 - 7 days to process before shipping, so make sure to order early, especially for gifts!

Can I track my order?

We know it’s important to know when to expect your items to arrive so you can start Spreadin’ Aloha and show off your branded items. Your confirmation email will include an option to “Track order with Shop.” This link will provide where your order is in the process and when to expect it.

Can I order an item if I live outside of the USA?

Mahalo for loving our merch. But, sadly, we're not set up to ship outside of the United States. Some of our production partners are also limited in shipping to military locations outside of the United States. If in doubt - just ask!

Can I order one of your amazing ice cream sandwiches?

We're so glad you'd like to! But, while we're working on being able to ship our sandwiches direct to customers, we're not there yet. Now that we've established a plant on the mainland, we're hoping to be taking orders later this year, once we have our wholesale distribution running smoothly at full steam. We can't wait until everyone can enjoy one of our remarkable sammies! We are continuing to expand in the Southwest, with availability in Las Vegas today and soon, Whole Foods in Phoenix and Southern California. What if it does fit, I don’t like it, or need to return it?

We understand that sometimes you may want to exchange or return a product. While we truly hope you love your Spreadin’ Aloha purchase, you can return or exchange purchases up until 30 days after receiving your item for any reason. Items for return must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please check out our Return Policy.

Can I cancel my order once it's placed?

Because our products are made to order with third parties, cancellations are difficult once they are in production. If you change your mind after the order has gone into production we can initiate a return and refund.
